The Golf Balls
'Lake' golf balls have all been previously used although some have been used as little as once. Please read the definitions on golf ball grades in our Grading Guide before deciding on your purchase. For special orders or general enquires email: info@lakeballs.com

Payment Methods 
Buy securely on-line with your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account. Alternatively we welcome all 'in person' customers at our business location address: Unit 1, 11-13 Roebuck Road, Hainault Business Park, Hainault, Essex IG6 3TU (9am to 3pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).

"In Stock only" Sales Policy
Our prices remain low by buying very large amounts of golf balls. All stock listed on our website is available for immediate despatch. We allow 1 working day to process your order and 2-5 working days for delivery, although in many cases delivery will be within 2 days from day of dispatch.

Tracking Your Purchase
Once your order has been despatched you will receive a text or email confirming it is on its way.
This email will include a consignment number with details of how to track your delivery.

30-day Full Money Back Guarantee 
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from LakeBalls.com, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

All credit and debit card transactions with LakeBalls.com take place automatically over a secure server. Information is encrypted to ensure that your card details can not be seen by any third party, not even ourselves. Your credit card details are not held on our server.

Acknowledgement of orders 
We will acknowledge all golf ball orders by email. Kindly ensure the correct email address is supplied. If you do not receive an order confirmation email please check your spam folder. Email servers have been known to mistakenly send our emails into your spam folder on occasions.

We guarantee that we will not pass your details to any other company without your permission. The terms and conditions described here do not affect your statutory rights.
